Ljubljana, Slovenia, MATILDA 5G. We are happy to announce that we have successfully completed the 2nd MATILDA technical review at the premises of INTERNET INSTITUTE Ltd. (ININ) in Ljubljana on the 19-20 September 2019. Latest development of the MATILDA Vertical Application Orchestrator (VAO), OSS Convergence Layer and its integration with the CNIT´s (Genoa, Italy) and ININ´s (Ljubljana, Slovenia) 5G-enabled infrastructure with a 5G pioneering band (3.5 GHz and 700 MHz) capabilities was presented.

As part of the live 5G PPDR Pilot demonstration, capabilities of the MATILDA end-to-end ecosystem for the Public Safety operations were showcased. Deployment of the 5G PPDR pilot was introduced on top of a distributed 5G-enabled infrastructure managed by the MATILDA VAO and Operations Support System (OSS) and was based on the implementation of 5G-enabled emergency response capabilities provided with the iMON product suite for real time intervention monitoring, extended with continuous performance monitoring engines of the qMON solution (as a VNF) for supporting active and passive service level specification (SLS) monitoring and SLA enforcement.
